I currently have a Sony Ericsson W810i, and well, it’s not really I want to upgrade, it’s more I want to change my model. This is the third one I’ve had that has gone wrong, so I want to change it, and I’m going to argue with my provider until they do it. Most of the phones I would prefer to switch to have 3G, and my phone doesn’t. Would my SIM card support it? If it doesn’t support 3G, would it still work in the phone anyway, just without the 3G capability?

your sim work work, however 3g wouldn’t.
if you are on voda or orange they should be able to activate 3g services, however you may need a new sim from o2 if they are your provider.
sadly the chances of you provider giving you a free upgrade are slim…. best of luck.,

1. Remove the old Screen Guard from your Ipod touch
2. Wipe the screen completely with the cleaning cloth provided along with the new screen guard. (the air bubbles are due to the small particles of dust…so u first need to wipe it thoroughly)
3. now take the new screen guard and place it very carefully on the screen of the ipod…avoid contact with the adhesive side of the screen guard…..
4. after placing the screen guard on the ipod in the correct position…apply slight pressure over the screen guard to ensure that it sticks to the screen…

It’s the same on I used last year, and on that one 1GB lasted me almost a month. But now, 1GB ran out in two or three days, and my 5GB ran out in less than a week! Why might this be happening? I use Chrome and Firefox, and I do lots of Stumbling – might this use up credit? What about Facebook and Gmail? I’ve been watching several videos, however certainly not 5GB worth. Help appreciated!

My old iPod charger wasn’t compatible with my iPhone and would never charge it – I would get a message saying this charger is not compatible with your iPhone. The other day I broke my usual charger and thought I’d give it a try, expecting the same message. All of a sudden it worked and although it wont sync with iTunes, it charges the battery fully. Weird right? Why is this?

it’s 0 for the regular one and 0 for the 3g capability. Does the regular one include free wifi if you go to mcdonalds or starbucks? And for the 0 one, do you need to pay monthly fees for it? If so, can you cancel, however then paying the extra seems to be a waste of money?

The 3G one will most likely have a monthly fee of some sort because it’s provided by AT&T and they don’t just give away their 3G service for free. It’s the same data service that phones use after all. Both versions will be capable of WiFi though, so you will be able to tap into free hotspots at McDonald’s or Starbucks in theory. 3G will allow you to access online capabilities without a hotspot though, that’s the only advantage of 3G. It’s not faster than WiFi in most cases and is actually usually a bit slower.
